Autologous Graft in the Anterior Maxilla—A Case Report

A 44-year-old male patient was referred to the Egas Moniz Dental Clinic, with a previous history of failed bone regeneration, resulting in reduced buccal-palatal thickness and aesthetic compromise gingival margin anterior maxilla. Since use autologous is considered “gold-standard” guided treatment plan consisted an mental graft into maxilla, simultaneous regeneration xenograft absorbable membrane. This allowed predictable volumetric low morbidity posterior fixed rehabilitation.
